Jerry Tice is a trial lawyer with a focus on complex patent infringement litigation. Jerry’s practice involves a diverse range of technologies, including telecommunication systems, wireless networking, GPS technology, display hardware and software, computer hardware and software, semiconductor technology, and mechanical arts.
Jerry has substantial experience litigating cases in federal district courts throughout the country, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the District of Delaware. He also has experience representing clients in patent infringement cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC). As a registered patent attorney, Jerry is also experienced in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and has prosecuted patents before the United States Patent Office (USPTO).
