Nick has more than fifteen years of experience as a judicial clerk, in-house counsel and outside counsel. In that time, he has had experience in all phases of patent litigation, from pre-suit due diligence through appeals, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes. He has significant experience developing and implementing litigation strategy, negotiating settlements, and evaluating patent portfolios.

Prior to joining Kramer Day, Nick clerked in the District of Delaware and worked as a patent litigator at three prominent law firms and as in-house counsel at Adobe Systems, Inc.
